Fallkniven CMT Sierra

With the same attention to detail and tough build quality as their outdoor and survival knives, Fallknivens CMT Chef’s knife range is a real cut above. Featuring laminated steel blades and maroon Micarta handles they could easily be mistaken as high end outdoor knives. However the profile is slightly more slender and refined.

The Sierra is one of the smaller in the range with a four and a half inch blade. It is supplied in a wooden display/storage box.
